I think I found for the first time Jim F.Straw from here, SowPub.
But, recently I was searching for some gold on here SowPub archive posts and I came across for some mentors.

Jim said, if he were starting out today, he would focus on selling other's content and spend less time CREATING his own. He quickly adapted to affiliate marketing, and because of his copy writing skill, became a master at offers of the programs he chose to affiliate with. I think that is some pretty good food for thought.
It is the most started of Internet Marketing programs, but due to the lack of marketing skill, one of the lowest paying too. But for those who can learn to convert traffic, it is a gold mine.

PS I think Jim, maybe, was involved in more businesses than any other Entrepreneur I knew. Gifted and generous man.
