That got him great publicity!

An Indian restaurant owner in the UK decided to do something similar...
And launched a samosa into space!
(A samosa is a delicious triangular fried savory Indian treat!)
He didn't have a rocket (like Elon Musk)... So he used helium balloons...
It shows not all "publicity stunts" require millions of dollars!
