The Road Transport government minister in the government of India likes to get up for one hour every morning to do his yoga.
However, at that time, the traffic has already started... and the loud sound of car horns blaring ruins his yoga practice.
So he had an idea...
He thought - why not enact a law so that the sound of car horns are made to change so that they sound like musical instruments?
Some of the musical instruments he's thinking of are... the sounds of violins, flutes, or even the tabla, which is a kind of Indian drum.
My thought is... What if a car is holding up traffic, and then you decide to honk at that car to get them moving... and out comes the sweet sound of a violin?
I don't know if the person in the other car is really going to think that it's time to move...
They might just think there's a terrific violin player behind them, and they might actually even stop to listen to the music!
