Search Engines or Directories rate websites differently. Which of the following website submission software is the best ?

1. Web Position Gold,

2. Exploit It submission wizard

3. Others ?

More importantly, has anyone achieved a top ten ranking in one of the 10 major search engines because they used this software ?
