Projected appreciation rates of 60% are not uncommon for these real estate goldmines.
Most are in Florida and one is in Cali a place where you wouldn't expect any bargains to be left.
Anyway if you are close to these places hope you have a plan in 2007 to take advantage of it and if you are not maybe you should be.
For example maybe you have a relative that lives near by these real estate bubble cities, can you partner with them?
