Hello everyone,
I am new to all of this and I wanted to know if this is a legal/ethical way of building my mailing list.
What I want to do is collect names and addresses of website owners to mail my offers to. NOT email addresses, but actual physical mailing addresses.
I know that you are not supposed to gather information from the whois database (or can you?), but what if I went website to website and gathered any business address that is listed on the site?
