Thanks for your additional questions.
Actually MANY people know how CO2 enters and leaves water. It's the same way Oxygen enters and leaves water. Ask ANY owner of a fish tank why they have a Bubbler/airator/water-jets in their tank? It's so the Oxygen can enter the water and the CO2 leave when the Water Surface is broken.
In the ocean that is due to Wave Action, and rain drops to a less degree. Boats carving through the water, whales and dolphins breaking the surface to an even lesser degree. And so on and so forth. ANY time the water surface is broken, gas exchange happens. You cannot count on whales and dolphines obviously, but you can count on Waves.
As for amounts in the water. If there is too much in the water and it is not released into the air, it solidifies. In a similar but slightly more complex way Any substance will stop being absorbed by water.
E.g. Put some salt in a glass of water and stir until it is all dissolved. Put some more in and stir until it again is disolved. Repeat. At some point you will reach a level where no more salt can be absorbed by the water and the salt crystals sink to the bottom. If the water level drops due to evaporation more salt will soldify on the bottom.
You probably did a similar experiment at school using Cobolt blue crystals or something similar
Again, Ben, it is NOT complex. The Methods are Widely known. It is all just ignored because it does Not fit the Agenda of the Man Made Gobal Warming Mongers who use the Global Warming Hobgoblin to garner more control - they know it's all bunk which is why they urge Immediate Action, because without it the Public might wake up to the Truth.
