And "The Sales Advantage" By The Dale Carnegie Group

Leverage
Referrals
How to determine customers need
How to Reach the decison makers
Determine buying motives
Handling Objects
How to Sell Beyond the quesions of price
I have book and audios for the Dale Carnegie ones, I order the book.
