rss feeds and how to do em

how do I set up the rss feeds to my blogs? do I use the xml or the rss or ????

If you're asking what I think you're asking, most blogs already have RSS set up - so you probably don't have to do anything.

For example, if your blog is hosted by Blogger (i.e. yourblogname.blogspot.com) or WordPress (i.e. yourblogname.wordpress.com) then it's already got RSS set up and working...
