You will see in the attachment that I have both RCA models, and both do a good job, but I'm going to be giving the 201 (the one linked to in this thread)...it has the flip around screen that lets you use it as a monitor from the front...and the 2GB SD card slot.
The 201 is currently doing duty in India, where my college kid is currently, as part of the semester around the world...and I'm told 100 other kids want one.
It fits in your shirt pocket, takes AA batteries, comes with software...now, ACE Hardware did have the 101 on sale last year for 69.00.
I suggest the 201, and side by side it looks and feels exactly like the FLIP...probably is.
And although 140 bux is a chunk of money, if it gets lost, it's not like the sting of a 300-400 digital camera...
