Thanks for mentioning The Chair.

The first thing that comes to my mind is

WASTE OF TIME

It might let some people get stuff off of their chest. But as for what they put forward being Actioned. That is another story.

But nothing will usually come of any idea. And if it is, the Kudos will go to the Higher Up and not the person who put it forward.

The Chair is just a feel good thing. Maybe the mindless corporations will all Adopt a Chair as the Next Thing To Do. But life inside corporate America will remain the same.

After becoming good managers in one minute. Walking on hot coals and breaking boards. After pumping fists in the air and shouting OUTSTANDING. After all the rah rah. It's same ol' same ol'.
