As you know, I like to keep "tabs" on new businesses springing up... Many of them I write about in my newsletter, and I'm happy to share some of them here too...

The fact is, many people are still starting new businesses, and still making profits! This next one is an interesting one. It's...

...A 9,000-year-old brew!

That doesn't mean that it's been fermenting for 9,000 years... The annual turnover probably wouldn't be great if it required 9,000 years of fermentation!

Actually, it's an ancient recipe for a beverage that was drunk by Chinese 9,000 years ago. It was made from a mixture of rice, honey, and fruit, which was then fermented...

A company has started to "recreate" this ancient beverage, and is bringing it out!

The same company is also bringing out a 1,200 year-old Finnish beverage, and an ancient chocolate-based beverage drunk by Native Americans in Honduras 3,200 years ago...

The reality is, there are still "new" business ideas out there! (Though these "new" business ideas happen to be thousands of years old!) You just gotta keep your eyes and ears peeled, and keep the noggin a-crankin'! :)
