Headlight cleaning service for auto dealers

I read on a couple of posts about people who started a car headlight cleaning service for auto dealers.

Is there anyone out there really doing this service?

I happen to know for a fact that where I live now, this is a much needed application for cars.

Any info you have would much appreciated.
