Hi Tom:
Well you definitely won't get Google tracking you from the yahoo site.
Since you have chosen to be tracked those are the settings for that site. Personally I don't allow any site to track me.
As I have never allowed I have not encountered how to change back to block....think you will need to go to their web site for that answer.
I have attached 3 images of the DNT+ while on this thread...don't know if they will help you or not.
