View Full Version : Wisdom from one of the Founding Fathers

Whenever I think of Benjamin Franklin, I am always amazed. He was one of those who signed the Declaration of Independence. In fact, he was the oldest one to sign the Declaration of Independence, as he was 70 years old at the time.

As well as a statesman, as I'm sure you know, he was also a successful entrepreneur, inventor, scientist, and author!

There is a lot of wisdom in some of his quotes. Here are a few to live by!

"If you would not be forgotten
As soon as you are dead and rotten,
Either write things worthy reading,
Or do things worth the writing."

"I didn't fail the test, I just found 100 ways to do it wrong."

(This is the right attitude to have!)

"Energy and persistence conquers all things."

(How true this is...)

Happy July 4th!

Best wishes,

Dien
