This is how I do it.

I don't know about a long way. The way I do it seems pretty simple to me! What I do is this: First I set up my HTML page just how I wanted it to look for the first issue that I put in archives. Then I saved it with a different name as a template for future use. Now, each time I want to post an issue on my site, I just copy the plain text and paste it over the template text. Then I save it and upload it. Takes no time at all. Now, posting each article seperately - that takes me a while! Congratualtions on getting to 500. You are doing great!
