Hi Margaret,
Since you are going to all this trouble marketing your product I thought you might want to know of a few problems (details at the end of this message) that left a bad impression with me very quickly. I found these so quick that I didn't stick around to look for more so you might want to do a complete walkthrough of your site. Just based on the good comments of this thread it sounds like you have a good product but it would be a shame if some of your visitors don't stick around long enough to find that out.

Regards,
Rob

I took a quick look at your demos. All 3 of these listed below start at:
http://www.egreyl.com/demos.html

1) Individual Shop Control Panel ( http://www.egreyl.com/cgi-bin/eGreyl/shops/left_link/Prot/manager.cgi?frontpage=yes )

is password protected.

2) Choose 'An Individual Shop' ( http://www.egreyl.com/left_link/ )
Click on 'eXtra Page 1' ( http://www.egreyl.com/cgi-bin/eGreyl/eGreyl.cgi?&shop=left_link&page=Products/xtrapage1.html )

Gives errors

3) Our eShopMgr ( http://www.eshopmgr.com/ )
View at less than OR greater than 800x600 and you have formatting problems with the text and the background.

Hi, Rob - many thanks for the comments ... there's always one more task, isn't there! We'll attend to them asap.

(It's not often I "lose" myself in a thread like this; but having bought eshowcase and having been made aware of it's negative side - as well as it's good capabilities, I tried to be as even-handed as was possible, given my eGreyl interests. I did make a disclaimer to the effect that I was definitely an interested party!)

I really do appreciate your comments, Rob. Many thanks

Margaret

Re: eshowcase anyone?

Tim-

Most of the talk/confusion regarding buying/selling an eshowcase license relates to a full eshowcase PRO package......which allows the owner to set up multiple/unlimited eshowcase sites.

There are numerous Aussie eshowcase PRO owners (not necessarily re-sellers of the eshowcase PRO package itself) who I am sure would be happy to work with you and structure something that would meet your needs and be well within your budget.

Good luck.
