Re: Advice from Vince Lombardi
Hi Dennis
Thanks a lot for your time in searching for that quote and most importantly, thanks for sharing it with us and especially me, this new baby on board! This forum is really fantastic! Sincerely Dylan |
Re: What does one needs to take the first step?
Hi Steven
I can't agree with you more regarding the importance of being FOCUS! A sure success proof habit that needs to be cultivated by each and everyone of us .. especially me! Thanks again, Steven! Sincerely Dylan |
Your answer is in your question
Hey Dylan
Good to see you're trying to achieve something with your life! The answer to your question is, in a funny way, in your question. Just take the step. Right direction or wrong, it almost doesn't matter! Just TAKE IT. So many suffer from the old "paralysis by analysis". They worry so much about whether the step they are planning to take is the right one, that they never get around to taking it at all! By all means do some studying, but don't forget to get started. I wish you the very best of luck, Dylan:-) Best Philip 100% Accurate Proofreading |
Re: To take a first step you need...
Hi Michael
Thanks and zillion thanks for your time and insights! Geez ... the characteristics of entrepreneur .. getting up early! .... one thing I need to implement to myself! By the way, does anybody know what time do they sleep normally? Hehehe > Answer me this: Why do you want to start > your own venture? Hhhmm ... interesting question. I remember once Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad) said, it's not the "how to" but the "why" will keep you going during the tough times. Why do I want to start my own venture is definitely to attain financial freedom and to break free from being ordered by bosses. But of course, there are still a lot of things to be learnt in the working lives. Still need lots of experience, trial and errors before I really dip myself into the water. Hi Dien
> You have some excellent questions! Geez ... really? Thanks for saying that! Thanks for sharing all these, Dien! > WHY do you want to start on the > entrepreneurial path? I think you have to > figure that out.... Yupe, has posted under my response to Michael's post! Hhmm .. but doesn't feel quite alright though. Will think it through during this Xmas! Hehehe > Many people become entrepreneurs because > they love their independence, and they hate > working for a boss. Yup yup yup! That's me! > No problem, Dylan! Thanks for a stimulating > post! Geez ... really! I'm so honoured! Thanks for your response! Sincerely Dylan > - Dien |
Re: You don't need success reports, etc. Here is what you need.
Hi Linda
What a great response you have, thanks really thanks for your time in responding to this baby! > That's all baloney. Sorry to be so blunt - > but it is. Business does not follow the laws > of physics or the rules of warfare. > Business is about cultivating relationships > with people. Wow ..... This is what I would like to hear! In today's world ... people just think about $$ and don't care about other things! How sad! But I'm glad that the truth will always be the truth! Even Enron case has proven this theory. > Success is not a secret. Success is a gift > that others give you in return for what you > gave them. GREAT ONE!!! > Good luck! Thanks a lot, Linda! Sincerely Dylan |
Re: GEEZ!
Hi Philip
Geez! I never realise that!!! Just take that step! Hhhmmmm!!! Thanks, Philip!!!! Will think through that! Sincerely Dylan |
Thank you for your response and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Hi ALL
Thanks ... really thanks for all your insights and advise! This forum is filled with great people! I'm glad I bumped into it! Anyway ... wishing each and everyone here a happy Christmas!! Enjoy your holiday and treasure every moments you have with your loved ones! Sincerely Dylan |
Hmmm... hehe
> Geez! I never realise that!!! Just take that
> step! > Hhhmmmm!!! > Thanks, Philip!!!! Will think through that! That's funny... think through the idea of "just take that step." The idea is to stop doing so much thinking and start taking some action. Forget about right or wrong or whatever. Just do something. Anything. If you get an idea, ACT on it without giving it any thought. And ACT the moment you get the idea. Michael Ross |
You're welcome and best wishes [DNO]
