You are right -- Those fees are not bad. In fact, I would say those fees are CHEAP.

Do you research: find other companies that are using 3Bill and inquire as to how they feel about 3Bill's services. Be sure and research Google looking for complaints.

I like that you already took action and contacted 3Bill. So many people have a great idea or opportunity and sit on their ass and do NOTHING.

I am constantly telling my daughter: "To consider a matter and do nothing is the same as never having considered a matter at all."

Thanks for linking.

I don't know that this is such a big problem...

If I go to the Shopping Center they have their own toilets.
Restaurants have their own.
Cinemas too.
Also train stations.
McDonald's - and they're just about everywhere. (KFC, etc.)
And this is the Tip of the iceberg.

Of course, I could be wrong and the service might take off and then be Bought Out. Time will tell.

As for related things which can be located the same way...

Licensed Brothels
Taxi Rank
Shoe Repair
Internet Cafe
Police

And going niche...

Vegetarian/Vegan eateries/cafes/restaurants
Kosher
And so on.

Will people Pay for such things? Or are they harking back to the days of the dotbomb... where it is all for free and money is hoped to be made from advertising only?

Always a good idea to Keep an Eye on those in the Mobile industry and others...
