No Garth, no one offered to finish the project. I also contacted the estate. The lawyer was sympathetic but told me to stand in line with the other people.

The distressing part was I was told I would be funding an already tested project with Gary. Once he had the money he told me there was now nothing available and I would have to come up with my own product. Very deceitful.....

But it's time to move on. My purpose in the initial post was simply to let all of you know that people aren't who they pretend to be all the time. Also not to put blind faith in ANYONE!

Ok well then actually that may be a good thing his friends didn't jump in.

If you have a direct quote that there are more in line then maybe it's good friends won't help you because common sense says that they were at least aware of the problems and worse wouldn't fix it or at least dis-associate from it.

So maybe they can't be trusted either.

I would say don't give up on others all together it's tough doing it all on your own.
