If you're looking at fiverr, something you might consider is finding good workers on fiverr who do certain marketing tasks for small business. Then advertise those tasks on Craigslist. When the orders come in, have the fiverr workers complete them, and then forward the work to your clients. You of course will be charging much more than five dollars, and you pocket the difference in profit. You just place the ads and manage the workflow - someone else does the work and you forward it on. This would be online work, but your son wouldn't be the one working for $5 (it's actually $4 after they get their cut), he would be getting paid much more.
