Thanks Margaret, Cornell and others...
Considering my body is just a pile of mush...no reason NOT to expect my brain to be that way too...
Gee, I had some good ideas over the years, even if I can't remember them... But, now that I think about it, Think And Reach Par was my first booklet and we were going to attach them to the cassettes and CDs...alas... and a note...for mom and pop, you want a more homemade look to it...for institutions, it has to look and feel great (and commands more money)... a gloss paper, about mid weight works great...laser and today, most ink jet printers will do...have a good paper cutter, or if you have an copymax near by, thats what I used... This really is a great idea... I plan to pursue it (though probably not till the new year)! A lot of small stores/restaurants/etc. have business cards available for their customers to take from their counter... But how much better would a small "business booklet" be? Quite a lot better, I'd say, if it's done right. Or, instead of handing out business cards to people - why not also give them a booklet? Combined with some good "copywriting"-type skills, I can see the power which could be available with this simple idea... I loved Richard Dennis's and Gordon's samples too...! Best wishes, :) Dien |
