There is software were you can install your url shortener on your on domain https://yourls.org . I cannot vouch for them though, because I never used yourls.org before.

Hey, great idea!

Worth reading if you're interested in knowing how to do deals, where you bring a number of players together, to make things happen... (Where, instead of paying everyone up front, instead each player gets a piece of the pie. It also means you take less risk, because they're actually sharing in the risk...)
