when you lower your horizons, you lower your prospects.
It is better to have a higher goal than you can reach, then to have a goal that is so easily attainable you kick back after reaching it. |

If something seems "too easy" I feel like it's not enough of a challenge. And I get lazy. I guess the key is to see the "easy" things as stepping stones to something bigger and more challenging! - Dien |
I agree and so does my lawyer...
his problem is that he is retiring and his "partners" decided their 14th floor digs were too expensive so they grabbed some on the 4th floor. "Lowering Expectations" of themselves AND their clients.
Mike is GLAD he is getting out of there and, even though he is 70, is looking at opening another "small" pratice. Or maybe he will travel to Europe for a year or two if he can convince his wife to go or that he isn't messing around... |
