Question:Outsourcing Newsletter Printing/Mailing

Aloha Friends,

Does anyone know of a company I can outsource my newsletter printing and mailing to?

What I want to do is hang on to the duties of creating and marketing the newsletter -- but outsource the unprofitable and time consuming task of printing the thing, and stuffing it into an addressed envelope.

Aloha,

Jason

Hi Jason,

I'd recommend talking with Michael Katz on anything related to newsletters... I'm sure you'll get some good suggestions and great advice... :)

And these 2 ladies...

I'm sure you know about this Freelance resource but you'll have to search out the Experts...

If I come across some other options, I'll post them and I'm sure they'll be a few other suggestions...

Yep. Not Wanting To Outsource The Creation.

Aloha Phil,

Regardless, thanks for the quick reply.

This question is a bit tougher....

What I want to do, is send a company a PDF of my content -- and a file containing my customer list -- and have them print and stuff.

Aloha,

Jason

Jason,

Not that difficult...

Most Virtual Assistants offer those kind of services...

Here's a good VA network that I know of...

Lots more in Google and I'm sure a few good VA's pass through Sowpubs that may be interested...

EXACTLY, What I was looking for... More Anyone?

Thanks Johnny, that is exactly what I was looking for. I just need to find a couple more companies like that, so I can:

1. Accept competing bids.
2. Have another company to fall back on, if there is a problem. Two is one -- one is none.

Aloha,

Jason

USPS NetPost offers a service where you upload the newsletter and your mailing list online. They print, stamp and mail.

Handy Mailing Service

I learned that Handy Mailing Service handles all the newsletters and direct mail for Glazer-Kennedy Inner Circle. That means they are definitely up to the task of handling *our* kind of marketing -- so I have chose them as being my primary printer/mail house.

Thanks for everyone's help!

Aloha,

Jason
