Check it out - Interesting - A "One Penny" Project

Hi, All!
Someone emailed this to me & I thought it was interesting...

Hi Bea,

I saw this on a BLOG post and
had to give it a try.

The project starts out with one
penny. You have to find the penny
on the ground. It can't be one of
your own.

After you find a penny you have to
figure out how to double that penny
to 2 cents. From there you keep finding
ways to double the amount you have.
There are a few rules to make the project
interesting.

I didn't come up with the rules and
there are a couple that I am not
going to follow to the letter.

If you would like to see where I am
at in the Double Penny project click
the link below for my full report.

Take Care,

Michael

Hi Bea,

Several of us "old timers" tried something like that a year or two ago. :)

Some of the guys did pretty good, but I never got past $10.

It's not as easy as it sounds.

Pete,
It is so good of you that you usually check out & respond to what I post! :) :)

Thanks! I just thought this one was interesting & thought I'd follow it! :) I do think it would be hard to do, too, though. I know personally that I think once I would get into several hundred dollars, & beyond something to sell that would go at your avg yard sale, I think it would be unusual for me to sell it, & whatever would be unusual, would not come natural or easy & not a probability that I would be able to duplicate it, if I'm making myself clear. (I'm tired - long day ;) )

Anyway, just wanted to say "Thanks" for your watching out for us that are not as exp'd here. It is noticed & appreciated what you are trying to do.

Bea
