I know nothing about this company, but colored concrete is very popular
in my area. I saw a concrete driveway that looked like slate.

Nothing real new here, Stewart. The company is just promoting something that's been available for quite some time.

KwikCrete makes available a number of concrete colors, most of which you'll find at Lowe's or Home Depot.

HOWEVER.. The color they offer to the public runs about $9 a bottle, and only does a 40# bag of mix. So, this company is buying in bulk which is going to be a heck of a lot cheaper.
