Local Restaurant email marketing concept without the Fishbowl... Great idea!

I know there are Lots of you who are interested in Lunch marketing through Faxing... Fishbowls etc...

Came across an interesting Lunch business model...

Excellent Matching/Finding concept...

One of the Best ways to Learn stuff... Sign up and Keep a close Eye on what they're Doing... :)

A nice Simple business idea with very little to twist...

Although it's "twistable" into other Specialty retailers and businesses...

Careful research will get you the Rate structure to Restaurateurs etc...

The club has grown steadily ever since, currently sending out over 1 million lunch discounts per month. Club members love the LunchClub, because it provides them the opportunity to get discounts at conveniently located restaurants, and because it helps them save big cash on their lunch bill, and because it's free! ;)

Mostly self employed as explained in the previous post... :)

As we know, there are places today where most can't afford to buy Real Estate...

BUT years ago... it was very Affordable...

Real Estate can still make you Rich if you know what you're doing and Buy in the Right places...

Personally, I Love small towns (especially waterfront) and acreages/land... Small places are Great investments as Growth in City's guarantee long term Success...

If we had only realized that years ago we'd be Sharing the Wealth in real estate Today...

The Truth is you Don't need that many pieces of Real Estate... If you're willing to live a nice Simple /Frugal life...

Just a few Good revenue properties/vacation properties that you get others to pay off your Mortgages to... :)

Here's some good tools, resources and a few Quick picks... The Key is Trend & News watching... ;)
