Now this is a great niche idea...

I saw this video and thought how creative of an idea and it gave a me a
bunch of different ideas for different niches.

Watch this video and see a great niche business

Not only can you probably replicate this business locally but it gave me a
bunch of related ideas as well.

Probably can get someone to start this business and then do the marketing for them and get a % of revenues generated from the marketing.

Let me know your thoughts.

Best,

Here's another "offbeat" pet business...

Hi jpmvc,

Thanks for a great video on the "cat luxury hotel"...! There are all kinds of fascinating pet businesses...

The latest "unusual" pet business I've heard about is to become a pet massage specialist! See http://www.petmassage.com

Pet businesses are "hot" to my understanding... Why?

Single people keep pets for companionship. Couples without kids keep pets too (as children-substitutes). And "empty nesters" also keep pets too, as members of the family...

Fewer people are having kids, but more people are keeping pets instead...

Cheers :)

Re: Here's another "offbeat" pet business...

Thanks for the video, although since those videos are actually advertisements... :)

There's another Smart "twistable" business idea in your post...

Back to "offbeat" Pet ideas...

Starting tomorrow, I'll be Brokering and marketing Cat Pooh!
http://newsforallkinds.blogspot.com/...costs-lot.html

A few other Quick money making pet ideas...

Pet bakeries have become Big business...

Find a wholesaler with Quality products...

Setup a Park sampling and marketing program by giving Dogs Free samples and Dog owners a Free coupon/Promo card...

And you'll Sell "Tons" of pet bakery products... Wherever Dogs and their owners hang out!

Don't tell anyone but I knew someone who sold Pet store advertising on Stray cats by feeding them and carefully placing neon reflective bands & Tag advertising for a very nice profit...

The first video offers a Great idea of Marketing and Servicing web cams for all kinds of niche situations... Daycares, senior care, hospitals, retail stores etc. etc.

So many ideas... So little time...

Go make some money with my silly posts... ;)

It's True - Over $300 Per Hour Taking Lousy Pet Pictures!

Last Thursday I decided to do four 30 minute pet photography sessions.
I wanted to test out a new "Ring Flash" I had purchased from www.AlienBees.com

On the first 3 sessions I had the RingFlash mounted to my camera and
totally blew the eyes out and overexposed everything.

My wife carefully reconstructed the eyes on the first cat and it's owner didn't
suspect a thing saying that we captured "Cookie" perfectly.

The other cat and two dogs were even worse. They were so bad that we didn't
even attempt to use Photoshop to try to resurrect them but I printed them anyway.

My wife thought I didn't have a hope in hell of making a sale from any of them.
In fact - she just wanted top trash them and explain to the customers that they
didn't turn out because I was experimenting with my new Ring Flash.

As I was walking out the door to go show the prints I told my wife that it's surprising
what people will buy. So when I returned having sold all 4 packages for $160 each
she said shaking her head... "You're joking - unbelievable, I wouldn't have bought them".

But there you go. People love their pets and will purchase what we consider lousy photos
of them if given the opportunity.

Towards the end of the last session I removed the RingFlash from my camera and mounted it
to a lightstand and attached a Softbox which solved the problems so...
from now on the Ringflash will be spot on!

"Here's a glow in the dark kitty before "eye reconstruction"
taken with my camera mounted to the ringlight.

And here's a shot from the end
of the last session...
using the ring flash with a softbox.

The best part is how easy it is to get customers! I could easily do 5 to 10 a day.
Good for pocket money but still, our most profitable venture is our Antique Family Portraits.

Dear Steve,

Thanks for the Great post.

LUV the Glowing Kitty Eyeballs Photo.

Here's something that only cost me 24.00 but has added 1000.00 in 2 days to my *Big Red Nose Club* CD sales.

I suggest YOU
test out & sell
**Cat Cartoon Stories**
based on the Cat owners
FAVORITE memories of FLUFFY.

(Dog Cartoons might be even BIGGER.)

Here's what I've been doing -

We BRIBE 100's of my Ezine readers & salespeople to send in their Testimonials on how to get Instant TRUST and RAPPORT in a FLIRT/Sales situation.

Most Test the ideas we borrow from self made millionaires around the world in FLIRT situations.

BEFORE risking them with clients or prospects. Which makes learning proven 100 million dollar NLP Sales and Referral Strategies FUN.

Jerry made a Paper Rose for a Cashier.
She went from cold to Smiling in 10 seconds.

Very valuable in a Strangers Office to PRE-heat the Appointment...

The cartoon is full of photos - since I can't draw worth a darn.

Thanks,
Glenn

P.S. - Only cost me 24.00 bucks to use Comic Life and (Skitch is F_R_E_E in the beta-test stage) - at www.plasq.com

P.P.S. - Some of my Ebay auctions are UP in price by 100% the last 2 weeks. But the 48 product back-end is the majority of the bucks.

Re: 24.00 Makes 1000.00 in 2 Days-/Cat Cartoon Idea for Steve

Dear Steve,

Thanks.

Just Suppose you interweave pics of the husband, wife, kids and the cat or dog in the cartoon story?

Then use one of those auto-book programs.

You no-longer are selling photos.

You are selling them BACK their memories of the family, kids and cats all mixed together.

A - You should boost your close rate.

B - You have created a Series of Products to sell each family. Depending on how many stories they have. DAD needs gifts for birthdays, anniversaries

C - AND - you can boost prices. Or use it as a Bump. Or an Up-sell back end.
