The New Year has started, back to work everyone. The NEW Sprint to Freedom

First, Big thanks to Glenn Osborn, who has me TESTING, testing and testing all things I do. A little time upfront pays huge dividends down the road.

So, today I release PART ONE of the NEW SPRINT TO FREEDOM which is basically a 12 week fast start to profits idea. Today, you can get the first few weeks, what I consider the important stuff.

But why divide the report? Beta TESTERS.

From the feedback so far, there comes a point after all the evaluation and discovery, on which path is right for you, and as we all know here at SowPub, one size does not fit all.

So, PART Two of the report will be more tailored, more customized to YOU, and what you want to do. It makes sense, doesn't it?

Some of you want to do APV (Automatic Product Vending) sites, while others are more into coaching, affiliate, or eCom or whatever. So, the next few weeks after you have done the initial part, should fit your goals and pursuits, eh?

That is the REASON why, you can only get PART ONE today, and instead of charging you $2,000.00 for only half a report, I'll give you a deal.

Send me 7 dollars, either via PayPal (gjabiz@yahoo. om) or Facebook Messenger me the 7 bux and I'll send you a link to the download.

OK, I have a ton to do this AM, will be back later with more. The new WORK year has begun, and I'm busy working on my pursuits, how about you, working????

This one metaphor may be all you need. Waffles anyone?

Excerpted from THE NEW SPRINT TO FREEDOM.

How about I give you an example, NOT REAL, but one that gives you the idea of how to turn the sprint into the marathon of continuous profits.

I got one of these for Christmas. A small single waffle maker. I've used it everyday, experimenting. Now most people wouldn't start thinking, HOW CAN I PROFIT FROM THIS GIFT. Yikes, who does that? (Blushing-ME!).

You don't have to be a chef to use one, just pour whatever batter into it, and in a few minutes you get a waffle, or something with a waffle look to it. Hey, I've done onion rings, Pierogies, hamburgers, grilled cheese, and made some of my own recipes, like Cheerios and Oatmeal combined.

Now I just want to share my process, with the hope some of you will have an AH HA moment in your ventures.

First thing I did was look for Wholesalers and if I wanted to buy in quantities, I could get them for as low as 3 bux each, but I can get them onesies, twosies at my local BJ's Club for 7.99 and for only 5.99 online.

So, I know I can source a PRODUCT. But that isn't what I'd be selling.

I would offer it, this time of the year as the greatest DIET, weight loss product on the market. I would have low cal recipes, easy to make, maybe have a VEGAN line, or a PALEO line, or a diet cooking line. ONE machine, but the way I would present it to very specific and TARGETED groups.

Checking Facebook I found several groups from 1.9 Million to a paltry 29 thousand and several in between, each one targeted: ****, Paleo, European, Weight Loss, Fitness, etc. etc. You get the picture.

There are hundreds of thousands of people into the millions of people who are interested in EATING, some healthy, some with medical problems, like Gluten...which the Celiac crowd avoids. So a whole thing on Gluten Free recipes could work.

Or Cookies for the kids. I could show how to make a whole weeks worth of meals while watching the Sunday football game.

I can make an egg, sausage and cheese Waffle. Or with hash browns. Or Cheerios. Or Oatmeal. Quick little two minute videos, at my site and also at YouTube.

I'd start a Facebook group...WAFFLE ME MINI or something. Show some of the dozens of ideas, offer to sell them one, along with a customized diet book, or customized meal plan and could be an affiliate for a place like Bob's Red Mill or even a local baker who buys in wholesale. See? It could be as simple as a recipe booklet (a PDF file) to an ongoing WAFFLE OF THE MONTH club, complete with ingredients.

I could hold a contest and give away a TV or something for the best in category recipe, this is a way to let other people do the work for you, ain't life grand. WAFFLE MAN.

With apologies to Sir Elton John (to the tune of Rocket Man).
I think it's going to be a long long time...Waffle Man makes me want to eat today, his waffles are out of this world great
Waffle Man, early in the morning I can't wait

And apologies to you too. Anyhoo....

It isn't about the little Waffle machine, but what can be done with it. It is a single serving device which makes it perfect for people with dietary concerns.

So, it is about the MARKETING. And MATCH TO MARKET.

Whether selling widgets, waffle irons or specialty reports matching your message (promotion) to the market is the key. Once you do that, then you collect the data on the market for future use, which is why autoresponders and lists are so critical.

**************** End of Excerpt**********

Maybe this will give one or two of you some ideas.

Thanks for sharing this. From what I can tell you've been in this business for quite a long time. May I know how long you've been trying this method?

Gordon,

My, my, once again you have made things easy for people like me who need to see examples so I understand what is going on. (I am a visual person after all)

This is one of the BEST examples I have seen explaining how to do research, test the market, etc., etc., etc. when wanting to sell to the masses as well as steps needing to get a product out.

My hat is off to you Gordon for taking years of experience and distilling it down so we can benefit.

Bravo !

Not sure what you mean by "method".

Well, I have been selling 'stuff' since 1960, pretty long time, eh? As for trying a method, I have no idea as to what you are referring to.

The Waffle Iron example of finding a product and then a market, is based upon my many years working in the Remote Direct Marketing trenches.

I only adapted it, didn't create it.

Thanks Millard,

I have to tip my hat to several people, but suffice to say, I learned a few tricks while working for SCI and Arthur Middleton.

Take the Billion dollar best seller, Eden Pure space heater (just one of many in their product line now), but when it was presented, it was just a space heater, one in an already crowded market.

HOW to take a commodity, and turn it into a winner? Well, Ben Suarez and friends did learn a thing or two over the years selling billions of dollars of products direct to consumers.

And, if there is an open, been here for 20 years, OUT there FOREVER, BUT one of the secrets given little thought...

it is...

message to market match.

When having a product first, a "universal" product that everyone could want, and some may actually want, that is when you have to create a reason why around a perceived benefit, and not around features.

I suppose I could fix a grilled cheese on an EdenPure heater if need to, both generate heat, but getting anything to appeal to a specific market requires plumbing the depths of that market.

I've had some good feedback on that Metaphor, it seems to have given several people an ah-ha or two.

Thanks Millard,

Gordon
