First post: a book recommendation
Hi, everyone...I'm Cindy, and this is actually my first post since re-registering--I used to visit this forum regularly several years ago, and I still recognize quite a few names.
I wanted my first post to offer something: a recommendation for a book called "Pitch Anything," by Oren Klaff. He's a multi-million dollar wheeler-dealer who pitches ideas for a living. I've never worked in sales (and I have no personal connection to the book), but there's a lot about plain old human nature in this book that I have found useful in every arena of my life. His theory on the "crocodile" part of our brain is very intriguing. If you're interested, but don't want to shell out any money just yet, you can download the first chapter for free on his website, pitchanything.com. Glad to be back, Cindy |
Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff is a Masterpiece...
Welcome home Cindy! ... :)
Totally agree, introduced to SowPubs awhile back, as per the following... Awesome suggestion once Again! ... ;) https://www.google.com/search?q=Sowp...w=1776&bih=829 All the best, Phil |
