An unusual business (not for the squeamish!)

In my readings about unusual businesses, I came across the following one...

I hadn't heard of doing this as a business before. Though, it may be just because I've lived too much of a sheltered life...! ;)

This is not for nit-pickers! Uh... Actually, it is...

As I said - it's not a business for the squeamish...!
