Hi Ramesh (I assume that is your name?),

PayPal, or getting a check, would be safer.

People can sometimes use your bank account details to defraud you.

Here is an article about this...

Is it safe to send bank details over email?
http://www.pcpro.co.uk/realworld/368...ils-over-email

"Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson was certainly surprised after he published his bank account number and sort code in his column in The Sun, claiming that the worst-case scenario was that someone would be able to pay money into his account. ... Within a few days he was confessing in that same column that he was wrong, not least because someone had used his account information to set up a direct debit for £500 in favour of a charity, which didn’t require any further verification of identity. Bad guys often use this kind of information as yet another part of the jigsaw puzzle to build a picture for full-scale identity theft, with all the credit rating and fraud problems that accompany it."

Best wishes,

Dien
