I need help - I want to sell t-shirts (newsworthy design)...

I know I can direct people to cafepress to sell my t-shirt design (or mugs or tote bags, etc.) -- but that's just single tier.

I want to sell my t-shirts through an affiliate program -- but without worrying about inventory, printing, etc.

I know cafepress offers an affiliate program, but I don't think it pays very much.

Any other alteratives?

Any JV ways?

I have an in-the-news type design that could be very hot (political) -- but I must strike right now! Want to set it up so I can offer people (bloggers, etc.) to SHARE in the $$ when they send people my way -- a clickbank for physical products WITH indigo printing (of t shirts)!!

Any ideas??

Thanks!

If you want to see my desgin, PM me.
Warning: design is not politically correct!

Cheers.

There are several Cafepress competitors...the best-reviewed one I see (from an admittedly cursory bit of "glance at it" research) is Printfection, however there is also ShirtCity, CustomInk, etc. (Sorry...not enough posts to put the links here for you, but just put a dot-com after each one and you'll get there.)

CustomInk pays a straight 10% commission on any sales made, while Printfection, ShirtCity and CafePress all let you determine the profit per unit by setting the retail price.

Hope that helps...at least a little bit.

Thanks Dave -- Yes Cafepress "pays" me whatever markup I want -- but that's what *I* get when *I* sell something. What I want is a way to set up a *2* tier system where I get $ everytime a shirt gets sold *and* someone else also gets a cut when they direct the buyer to the offer (shirt).
