Interesting article on JK Rowling. Apparently, the real money in entertainment is in merchandising to the tune of $25billion dollars.

I think if you're in the entertainment business in any way, merchandising is important!

One of the "hats" I'm wearing now is as a band manager... I'm gradually hoping to push the band into merchandising too (which they don't do yet)... :)
