Okay, I love chocolate. And chips.

And I'd love to lose some weight.

So I've surrounded myself with open packets of chocolate and chips... So the aroma will waft over to me.

A recent study showed that the aroma of junk food had the effect of satisfying the craving!

Hmm... It's a bit too easy to reach over and... and...

Maybe I need another system...!
