I just found out that today, 4th of June, is a very, very special occasion...

National Cheese Day!

I really, really, really like cheese.

I'm amazed I never heard of this amazing occasion before!

I just wanted to inform everyone...

I can tell you that right now I'm about to go celebrate with something very cheesy, although I don't know what yet... Probably something very simple, like melted cheese on toast, or something like that. Or maybe some time-honored "mac and cheese"...

To all those who are not lactose intolerant, enjoy your cheese! :)
