Opportunities in helping people with their computers....
 

There are real problems with computer usability nowadays.... Apparently in the USA, computer ownership is stuck at about 60% of the population, and sales are flat for the first time in years.

A lot of consumers are having difficulties with computer usability. Upgrading, and learning some basic tasks with computers and new technology are daunting to many people. But where there's a problem, there's often an opportunity....

If you're good at this, this means that there is probably an opportunity here, either in directly helping people with these tasks, or with creating educational products to help people with their computers.

I believe there is still a demand for instructional videos and CDs (and soon, for DVDs) on computer and technology-related instruction.
