Need HTML Help...
 

Looking for HTML code and a cgi script that would allow user feedback to be emailed to me. Form and table to read fill in your name, address, etc below and click send to receive free info....

So it would be a blank form and then a submit button, and when they hit submit, the message would be emailed to me.

Anyone know how to do this?

This script can be customized to suit your needs. I've used it a number of times:

For an example of the script in use, you can look at a page my company designed at

http://www.calvaryhome.org/moreinfo.htm. If you fill out the information and click on submit it will send an e-mail to me with the data.
