YES! I had a number of items I had acquired that I needed to get rid of. Using a combination of techniques from the Chattel report and the Finder's Fees report, I found a buyer. We couldn't come to agreement on price. I said seven words which caused him to raise his per-item offer by 27.5%. The result of those seven words and the increase in price I got for each item equates to $1,161.60 an hour. NOTHING beats Chatteling all right. Michael Ross. |
7 words??? How about TWO words??? ;-)
Michael ~
Selling offline as well as online, is more of triggering someone psychologically to respond in a favorable way. Rather than beating them down with hard-selling tactics. This includes haggling, or negotiating over pricing. Plus, it doesn't matter if it's hard goods, soft goods, digital products or a variety of services... Techniques are adaptable to most any selling situation -- if you know how and when to apply them. The "technique" of uttering a few simple words, to secure a sale or higher prices, lends itself extremely well to a variety of selling situations - including web sites. If you enjoy these techniques and how to apply them, you'll love what I am working on. As of now I'm a bit behind of the schedule I set myself for it's release. With the Holidays fast approaching, my family, plus I'm also making a push to finish up, and close a number of accounts for years end. Have demanded my attention be placed elsewhere for the time being. My upcoming site is set up as a "pre-release" format right now, but some of you may be interested in taking a look. There is no doubt speaking 7 little words can have a dramatic effect on a sale. Including making or losing $1161.60 an hour! No doubt about it Michael! I do it weekly. But... There are also TWO words, which can make virtually every objection a prospect has - disappear! These two words have accounted for untold dollars in sales for me over the years! Including online sales! Great thread developing here. Success and Regards... Mike Just about ready... |

Fixed!!!
Rick ~
I uploaded some files and must have done something with the form script. Thanks for the heads up! It should be okay now. Success and Regards... Mike |
Well... this sure has surprised me.
I said seven simple words, which could be applied to any situation, and the guy offered me 27% more money...
You've got two words to make any objection disappear... And NO ONE has asked what these words are!? Well I'm a askin' Mike, what are the two words which will make any objection disappear? Michael Ross. |
Michael I don't think I saw your seven words either. (DNO)

That's because
no one has asked what they are.
I wasn't just mentioning that no one has asked about Mike's words. I was also mentioning that no one has asked what my seven are. Maybe people don't want to know what the words are because they would rather not speak to someone to "make a sale." What would you rather know: The two words to say to get the best seat in any restaurant or the seven words that gets people to offer you more money for the chattel you sell? Michael Ross. |
Re: That's because
Hi Mike I would like to know your seven please and I am sure Mike will give us the two he mentioned as and when.

Please spill 'em!
The seven and the two!
Been racking my brain to try to think what the seven words could be to make people offer more $$. The only thing I've come up with is: "This here Smith and Wesson is loaded!" But I'm pretty sure that's not correct. Tim |
Re: The seven words....
Hi Michael,
Wow, you sure have me curious! And I'm sure I'm not the only one.... It would be great if you could share with us the seven words you've used to convince the buyer to raise his offer in your chattel deal.... :) - Dien Click here to find out more about Michael Ross's "The Art of Leverage".... |
