Manual/Course on Property/Berkeley Nightingale?
 

Hello

Does anyone know of a good UK manual or course on buying/selling/letting property and how to build up a property portfolio starting from scratch.

I have also heard that it is possible to buy without outlaying any of your own capital at all, but I am sceptical of these claims because one usually has to place a deposit of between 15/25%
on non domestic mortgages.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

P.S.I came across Berkeley Nightingale. They charge £4,200 plus vat for a four day seminar. Has anyone heard of them?

Unfortunately, I don't know of any in the UK. There are a *bunch* in the US. And Dolf DeRoos deals with Australia, New Zealand, etc. as well as the US. Here's one site you can check. I suspect all their information is US related. However, they may be able to send you in the right direction.

I have some of their material right *now*, (I'm listening to one of the CDs as I write this), and it's good.
