Bulk Mail Question
 

Has anyone done bulk mailings (US) recently? What is the lowest cost per letter now available at bulk rate postage?

I visited usps.com but cannot make much sense out of their own info! I believe it can go down to as low as $0.19 or so per envelope. Anyone know for sure?
