F.A.O. Rick Smith...

Hello Rick

You recently responded to my post about property and you gave me Ron Legrand's site to visit.

I found it very interesting.

I emailed and asked if their course strategies could be implemented in the UK. I eventually had a reply and was asked to telephone customer service.

I did this on two occassions and both times I was placed on hold for at least five minutes (they must be busy!).

I then gave up because it is expensive to call the US only to be placed on hold.

I emailed again and said that I couldn't get through and asked if there was a time to call when it would be quieter or otherwise, could my question possibly be answered by email.

I have not yet had a reply back and as it's nearing the holiday period, I don't think I'm going to get one now.

I would have thought it a simple enough question to answer by email.

I know that we don't use terms such as Foreclosures, Tax Lein Certificates, etc. here in the UK. I don't know whether we use other terms to describe the same thing or we don't have such opportunities. I certainly don't think we have Tax Lein certificates.

Anyway Rick, you said that you have purchased some of Ron's materials. I was interested in the The "Cash Flow Generator", is this the one you have?

If there is anyone you can contact on my behalf that could answer my question I would be most grateful to you.

Thanks Rick.
Regards,
Susan.

I'm sorry no-one from Ron's organization contacted you. I have been pretty impressed with his organization so far as compared to some of the other "big name marketers" which I have dealt with. As I'm sure you realize, I have no affiliation with his organization whatsoever and posted my reply based on my experiences with them.

That was the offer I responded to. However, when I called, the salesman did an *expert* job of upselling me into a 30 day free trial for the deluxe course, ($1200 something including s/h). Even if I don't keep the course, I'll be able to keep what I originally expected to get for $77.00.
I've reviewed quite a bit of the material already. (I received the package about 2 weeks ago after a long delay due to an order backlog.) Oh yes. The "Cash Flow Generator" is included in that package. I've found information in there that is *not* in the more expensive stuff. Interesting, huh?

I'll do what I can. I can contact my salesman to see what he can do for you. Actually, can you call a 1-800 number from the UK? If so, I'll dig that out and post it here for you. One thing I would say is that remember it's the holidays and many businesses, (except retail), close in the US for much of the next 2 weeks. (That would be true even in a *good* economy.)

You might want to try the Creative Real Estate Online website and ask on one or more boards there for U.K real estate info.
