Hi Bob,

I really think that this is the type of idea-creation that creates fortunes. You see a basic need and a way to fulfill it.

For years now, in downtown Denver, there is this lady from Somalia, who sits outside a major bank and sells hot-dogs.

I am sure that she makes much more than many of those important-looking, suited-up, employees who rush into the bank every morning.

The people who make the most money are those who have the initiative to follow simple ideas that provide a much-in-demand service.

I hope you follow through on this brilliant idea of yours.

When this Niche business started out in 1983...

They Specialized in Marketing Fresh Quality packages of "Nuts" in Office buildings, door to door. :)

Somehow, they cut a deal to get access into these Office towers...

Their Slogan at that time was...

"Let us Show you our Nuts" ;)

Or something very close to that. :)

Became a Million dollar business!
