Acquiring New Homeowner Lists
 

I've been looking at Don Alm's new homeowner guide and am wondering if anyone has figured out a way to acquire a list of new homeowners that are really new in town and not just moving to a different house within the same city or area. It appears relatively easy to get new homeowner lists, but it's the differentiating between the "new in town" versus the "new house across town" people that seems the hard part. Any ideas?
