Add known unique subscriptions

Hi, I like hearing about new/unique subscription (or rental) products...add businesses you've heard of/know... like:

Monthly clubs
http://www.greatclubs.com/

There was another monthly club that was discontinued sometime back. The idea was - you pay them $49.95 a month - and they would send a surprise gift to your loved one every month.

This is another cool idea:

Successful subscription sites:

Then there was another website posted on sowpub - a subscription site for truckers... but I forgot the URL - maybe someone else remembers it...

Hi Ankesh,

Nice list. :)

Here's a Subscription business model that doesn't cover the Niches and micro niches very well...

There are a few others that have tried But just like...

Cluck, cluck, my eggs are expensive than yours!
http://www.biztactics.com/bullet-eggs.php

The idea needs some Creative Thinking with Fresh eggs that are well scrambled. ;)

Dear Ankesh,

Thanks.

I just signed up for your Free Bullet Subscription. (I liked the Claude Hopkins tip. I sample that way myself.)

Here is a site I like:

100's of Science Fiction books - FREE.

And a chance to sign up for a monthly subscription and get ADVANCE copies of new science fiction books by top authors.

P.S. - JUST SUPPOSE you were testing 2 headlines on Ebay. In your Oinion which one is better?

"Everything You Know About Attracting Money is Wrong"

VS

"Do NOTHING and Make More Money"

Here is one more I just came across on the business opportunities blog:
http://thetiebar.com/

They have a tie of the month club. And already have some 150+ subscribers.
http://thetiebar.com/tie_of_the_month.asp

The membership is very affordable at $200 a year for 12 ties (1 tie a month) or $370 a year for 24 ties (2 ties a month).

That's more than I've spent on ties in my life - LOL

I own two - one has The Simpsons on it (a father's day gift)and the other has Elvis.

The Elvis tie is only for special occasions though.

:D I myself have just 3 ties. I don't wear them except during weddings.

But I know a few people who have 20-30 ties and they buy ties that cost $25-50-100 each.

Thanks Glenn :)

Loved your poem at the top of your ebay bid.

How do you write them? Do they come to you automatically? Or do you have a few easy tricks to write poems?
