Joe,

I don't know for sure, but I thought with MS Word you could just save the file as an HTML document.

Or better yet, since you have it in word don't use an E-book compiler at all and just convert it to a PDF file. On my website I have a page about creating E-books, and I have a link to a free PDF converter on that page. To be honest I don't remember the name of it.

I use Adobe Acrobat, but it sells for around $200.

Good luck,

Find A Converter...

Hi Joe,

You can probably find a *Word to HTML* converter
at one of the *freeware sites* such as:

www.freewarehome.com

I have one on my system called *Internet Assisitant*.

It allows me to save a .doc as a .html file
in the *save as* step.

Mike,

First, thanks for the info about the free pdf
file maker. Really useful.

Do you happen to know what I'm doing wrong?
1 I cut off about 1/2" on right side of pages
2 I get a message on every page of book say
"illegal operation "M" inside text

thanx,,,joe
