Chattel Course???

Whatever happened to the Chattel Course that Gordon Alexander was supposed to have up for sale on May 1st?

I haven't been here in a few weeks but don't see anything about it.

Isn't "Chattel" another word for slave? It also could mean 'movable personal property', but am I missing something.

Cordially,

It's been delayed for the moment....

Hi Mike.... Thanks for your query.

I think the course has been delayed for the moment - Gordon gave a few more details in his post at http://www.sowpub.com/cgi-bin/forum/webbbs_config.pl?read=7818

When it's ready, you can read about it here, and we'll mention it in the SeedZine too. (Are you subscribed? We've gotten lots of positive feedback, and it's free. :) )

I hope that helps!

What is "trading chattel"? This is what we mean....

Hi Justin,

We use it to mean

"an item of tangible movable or immovable property except real estate, freehold, and things (as buildings) connected with real property"

(from the online Merriam-Webster dictionary).

Or, in short, buying and selling personal property for a profit! Whether it's junk lying around your house, stuff you find at garage sales, or second-hand stuff you find advertised in the papers....

Gordon Alexander wrote a report, the Chattel Report, which is the "Bible" on how to do it. Gordon has been trading chattel ever since his Navy days in the early 1970s, and knows the ins and outs of the game. Reading his report is how many of us here got started too (including me).

Hi Dien,
I agree Gordon's Chattel Report really is
the "bible" on how to it. It is what got
me get started chatteling a few years ago. It
REALLY helped to have this to fall back on when
the company that I had worked for for 17
years went out of business.

I really feel everybody can benefit from the
Chattel Report. Even if it is just to make
a few extra dollars for a vacation or maybe
help pay some of the credit card bills. You
don't have to make a big time commitment and you
may find that you are having a lot of fun! It's
a big rush when you make that first transaction
that nets you $1000.

For all of you that want to read the first few
pages of the Chattel Report and maybe get started
today so that you will be up to speed when Gordon
comes out with his video course check out the
link below.

Happy and Profitable Chatteling
