Here's a not so healthy cheezy recipe...

Cover the toast with several slices of two-day-old bacon left over from Saturday's breakfast. Spread a dollop of left-over chili on top of the bacon. Add a hamburger patty from yesterday's grill-out. More chili on top of that. Then add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Cover and place in the microwave to warm everything up (it's been in the fridge, remember...) and to melt the cheese... You can eat it with a fork...or add another piece of toast to the top and eat it as a sandwich. That's what I just did... News at 11! JDB Beyond... |
