Got Constitution?

I propose the following THREE constitutional amendments:

AMENDMENT #1:

The PAY of ANY and ALL government personel at ALL levels and in ALL branches of government, from the president on down, shall be:
(A) INVERSELY proportional to the total tax rate (ALL taxes added together) on the ordinary citizen, and
(B) DIRECTLY proportional to the degree to which governmental actions and activities align with the ORIGINAL constitution as written by the founders.

Amendment #2:

There shall be NO LAW, RULE or REGULATION passed, enacted or acted upon by any government agent or agency which directly or indirectly takes money from one or more individuals and gives it directly or indirectly to another individual or other individuals, for whatever reason. ALL MONIES COLLECTED BY GOVERNMENT, IN WHATEVER FORM, SHALL BE USED SOLEY AND ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE OF GOVERNMENT AS DELINIATED IN THE CONSTITUTION.

Amendment #3:

There shall be NO LAW, RULE or REGULATION passed, enacted or acted upon by any government agent or agency which either directly or indirectly penalizes production or rewards non-production.

What amendment would you propose?

Reminds me of Atlas Shrugged, Hugh. I really got into that book. My girlfriend was watching me as I read the last few chapters, and she kept laughing at how intensely focused my face looked as I read the book. I would get to a really good part and suddenly my eyes were wide as saucers and I telegraphed looks of disbelief, shock, and joy by my facial features. Like I said, I REALLY liked Atlas Shrugged.

Success,

Erik (silently making a dollar sign in the air with his finger)
